Land in Quality Presence : here and now
Dream yoga is an ancient practice that spans various cultures, having many roots in Tibetan Buddhist traditions, as well as in ancient Greece, Egypt, and by the Senoi people, along with many indigenous tribes, including Aboriginal communities. This practice invites us to interweave the subconscious and conscious awareness in order to recover from trauma and dissolve karmic traces, to become more resilient in the face of obstacles, to be capable of learning from the wisdom of the morphic resonance field (ancestral wisdom, divine inspiration and our inner compass) and so that we can live up to our fullest potential as human and spiritual beings: unique expressions of life. My own practices are informed by Vajrayana tantra, Tibetan dream yoga, Dzogchen, non-duality in combination with Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodiment, indigenous wisdom, western sleep science, art therapy, and much more. In today’s world, where globalists agendas seek control and influence over our thoughts and actions, the wisdom of dream yoga becomes increasingly significant! By engaging in this practice, we can reclaim our sovereignty and autonomy, learning to navigate the landscape of our collective, systemic and embodied subconscious and conscious fields with clarity. My main purpose in life is to co-create as much harmony as I can: simply because it feels so good!
My personal goal for doing dream yoga has changed: When I was younger, my initial reason for learning about these practices was to ensure myself to NOT incarnate here again, as I felt that I made a BIG MISTAKE by coming here. The map was not the terrain, let's say, and I had huge difficulty synchronizing with the way that things go here. Well, I still don't synchronize with the way that things are done in the mainstream, but I figured I am here now anyway, and I have the power to make the best of every living moment by offering it my presence to the best of my ability. So instead of escaping it, I decided to do all that I can to weave harmony on earth wherever I can, so that future generations receive as many blessings here as possible. And if I choose to come here again when the time comes, let's see. Now, my main goal for practicing dream yoga is wholeness, love and deep awareness.
Dream yoga empowers us to connect with our true deeply divine and powerful selves, enhancing our ability to discern truth from illusion and laying the ground for healing, spiritual development and resilience in challenging times.

"I felt my inner child and was playing, discovering and feeling so much. I saw the beauty of the world. Afterwards my dreams were so clear and I recieved all kinds of messages. It is a very healing experience and I will recommend this journey to everyone. There is so much love, joy and happiness in this world, if we are willing to see it! Thank you so much Caroline!"
Danique
"The session with Caroline felt like stepping into another world. My senses were extra activated and I felt touched by the endless beauty of life. The overwhelming silence fell like a soft warm blanket on a cold winter night around me and did not leave me for the rest of the day. This experience made me realize in the evening that I want to be more in silence during my days."

BIO AND BACKGROUND
Hello, I’m Caroline, and it is with a heart full of gratitude that I share my journey in dream yoga. My practice has been profoundly shaped by the wisdom and insights of remarkable mentors who have guided me along this path.
I am especially grateful to Namkai Norbu Rinpoche, the Tibetan monk whose teachings of pure observation reached me in an ongoing series of dreams. Shuni Giron, a revered Mayan Elder, with whom I cocreated ceremonies on leylines. I've learned many dreamwork practices from Rosalie Poskin at Los Portales. And so much gratefulness to Anneke Lucas, and Christina Merkley, their influence has played a crucial role in my understanding of healing and wholeness through the lens of non-duality and IFS. Danielea Castell tought me to create listening fields with nature elders,
Philip Shepherd on radical embodiment and Irene Lyon regarding nervous system health have grounded my practice, deepening my connection between body and mind.
The teachings of Michal Kali Griks on tantra, Arno Roelofs from the Jungian Institute, and Yashodara van Landvreugd on non-duality have all contributed to my holistic approach.
Prana Estu Nibbering in hypnotherapy and Rachel Vaughan with powerspots have helped me understand the science to the experience. I am also deeply thankful for Trevor Wie, raised Aboriginal who counceled me on sovereignty and magnetic fields, and Rob Dreaming who tought me Council, whose wisdom have enriched me deeply. Finally, I honor my oversoul, who has guided me to stay lucid through all of my dream phases including NREM.
Each mentor has shaped not only my techniques but also my heart and spirit. I hope to share this transformative journey with you through my dream yoga course.

STRUCTURE OF THE SESSIONS
This 13 week journey will at times take us on deep dives into the subconscious, and at other times we will pull the subconscious into our conscious. You will get a good mix of theory and practice, and you will be gathering tools to continue your practice on your own after the 13 weeks are complete. Besides that, there is lots of space for inner work, you will be harmonizing your own karmic traces with the support of these practices , and those treasures of wisdom dived up from the depth of your own deep sea, are your own pearls of wisdom that will last you a lifetime (and many lifetimes if you practice diligently;))!
We will be meeting in our beautiful Gobrunch living room, for a more personalized, private and cozy feeling than zoom! You can login with or without creating an account. You will receive a 30+ page workbook, tracking sheets and a journaling template that you can print out if you like, and I created an online forum through Forento where you can message eachother and share your progress and questions in between sessions. All logistics, recordings, tools and printables will be uploaded there as we go.

FAQ
Q
I hardly remember my dreams, is this course suitable for me?
A
In the first few sessions we tackle all the obstacles and make a personalized approach to have better sleep quality and dream recall. And however long it takes to recover your capacity to rember dreams, all of the practices can be applied to daydreams and mind images as well as sleeping dreams. And lucidity practices are for day and nighttime as well.
Q
I am more interested in the spiritual aspect than the psychological aspect of dream yoga. Which practices do you recommend?
A
Cultivating the 4 C's in IFS and dream constellating is a great way to take wider perspectives on reality than just the "ego" identification. My sessions are based in non-duality perspective. And for stabilizing the minds capacity to focus (not following the monkey mind) the Zhine practice is brilliant.
Q
I don't know what my motivation is for doing this work. I feel called somehow but I'd like to be more clear.
A
You can ask yourself the following questions and see if the motivation surfaces from there:
What initially attracted you to the idea of dream yoga?
How do you envision dream yoga benefiting your life or personal growth?
What feelings or dreams have you experienced that make you feel drawn to this practice?
Can you describe a moment when you felt a deep connection to your dreams?
What aspects of your life do you hope to explore or transform through dream yoga?
How do you see dream yoga fitting into your daily routine or spiritual journey?
What challenges do you currently face that dream yoga could help address?
Are there specific goals or intentions you have in mind regarding your dream practice?
How would you like to feel after engaging in dream yoga regularly?
What would living in alignment with your dreams look like for you?
