Tantra and IFS
Dream yoga is part of Vajrayana Tantra and all about facing the entirety of life expressions, and finding the medicine in them. We harmonize our relationships inside and out. By cultivating relationships within our inner world, especially the parts that have been tucked away, we integrate and liberate their energies. In this way karmic traces can be disolved.

How many times have we heard the spiritual bypass: "everyone chooses their own parents?"... Well really, do they? Because if one cannot yet stay lucid during the black (NREM) phases of the sleeptime, the surely won't be able to navigate the bardo consciously, and will incarnate through the law of cause and effect: Their Karmic Traces. Dream yoga helps us navigate all emanations of cosmic expression more consciously, but most importantly it is a practice of consciously integrating our karmic traces until they eventualy even can dissolve.

Learn how to use your attenion to create heart brain coherence, have bioactive influence on your own body and in the world, and become a shareable wave! Do you know the saying "Energy goes where energy flows"? With these practices we intend to take that to a level of a felt sense experience.

My vision is to cocreate a world where Magic is Realism. Nourishing human evolution by creating natural timeless spaces (for observation, inspiration, transformation, cocreation, and integration. )
MISSION
My mission is to create a land-based magical realm full of multidimensional portals for intra and extra terrestial communication, so that fellow cocreators of the new earth can recharge, play and heal. Nurturing our collective evolution.
PURPOSE
My purpose is to make the earth fun enough to (re)incarnate on, and inspire, empower and provide others with the tools to do the same.

Integrity of being. Abra Cadabra comes from the Armaic I create as I speak. One cannot create magic by falling out of authenticity.

We are all unique sparks of the source/god creation. Peeling back layers of conditioning is what allows our natural magic to shine and enchant the world around us and ourselves.

ZUVUYANIA
Zuvuyania is my lifes work. A landbased autonomous and magical realm that will contain a multidimensional labyrinth and a school for evolutionary practices. Below, you'll find various ways to participate in the crowdfunding campaign to purchase the land, allowing you to become a patron and help make all these elements a reality.
In the labyrinth, a sort of Psychomagical secret garden, I will create spaces and experiences that serve as portals to support human evolution, wonder, theater, healing, mindfulness and embodiment experiences. Amongst other spaces there will be an infrared solarium, a heart brain coherence space, and a dream incubation temple.
The school of evolution will be a mix between a new Earth educational center, a yoga shala and a retreat space, Different facilitators that push the envelope of human evolution can use these spaces for their retreats and intensives, and I will teach dream yoga, tantra, and IFS art therapy. This will also be a space for healers, facilitators and yogis to rest and recharge.
There will be a camping space for overnight teachings, a library, a kitchen and a gift shop. The business plan is based on the idea of Sarvodaya (initiated by Mahatma Ghandi), which means for the benefit of all. It is a way to strengthen community by creating a network of collaboration for common needs and create templates for sovereignty that can be used and multiplied by other new earth cocreators. In this way Zuvuyania will be interwoven with the global and local community of off grid and/or conscious homesteaders. These projects are not simply to be consumed but they are meant to create reciprocal relationships with those who participate in them.

PRIVATE COACHING
Welcome to my Internal Family Systems (IFS) coaching, certified through the Shift It School under the guidance of Anneke Lucas and Christina Merkley. With over a decade of experience in dream yoga and tantra, I can weave your dream symbolism into our sessions, deepening your personal exploration. My art therapy certification complements my strength-based approach, allowing us to focus on your unique skills and resources.
Each session lasts 2 hours, including a break for embodiment practice or some down time, ensuring you have the space to fully integrate the work we do together. I offer coaching in English, Dutch, and Spanish. .
