Tantra and IFS
Dream yoga is part of Vajrayana Tantra and all about facing the entirety of life expressions, and finding the medicine in them. We harmonize our relationships inside and out. By cultivating relationships within our inner world, especially the parts that have been tucked away, we integrate and liberate their energies. In this way karmic traces can be disolved.

How many times have we heard the spiritual bypass: "everyone chooses their own parents?"... Well really, do they? Because if one cannot yet stay lucid during the black (NREM) phases of the sleeptime, the surely won't be able to navigate the bardo consciously, and will incarnate through the law of cause and effect: Their Karmic Traces. Dream yoga helps us navigate all emanations of cosmic expression more consciously, but most importantly it is a practice of consciously integrating our karmic traces until they eventualy even can dissolve.
bioactivity of attention
Learn how to use your attenion to create heart brain coherence, have bioactive influence on your own body and in the world, and become a shareable wave! Do you know the saying "Energy goes where energy flows"? With these practices we intend to take that to a level of a felt sense experience.

My vision is to cocreate a world where Magic is Realism. Nourishing human evolution by cocreating natural timeless spaces (for observation, inspiration, transformation, cocreation, and integration. )
PURPOSE
My purpose is to make the earth fun enough to (re)incarnate on, and inspire, empower and provide others with the tools to do the same.

Integrity of being. Abra Cadabra comes from the Armaic I create as I speak. One cannot create magic by falling out of authenticity.
Individuation
We are all unique sparks of the source/god creation. Peeling back layers of conditioning is what allows our natural magic to shine and enchant the world around us and ourselves.

The same energy that created the moon, the stars, the mountains and oceans created you and me. That creative force is at our fingertips if we let it, so lets let it.

PRIVATE COACHING
Welcome to my Internal Family Systems (IFS) coaching, certified through the Shift It School under the guidance of Anneke Lucas and Christina Merkley. With over a decade of experience in dream yoga and tantra, I can weave your dream symbolism into our sessions, deepening your personal exploration. My art therapy certification complements my strength-based approach, allowing us to focus on your unique skills and resources.
Each session lasts 2 hours, including a break for embodiment practice or some down time, ensuring you have the space to fully integrate the work we do together. I offer coaching in English, Dutch, and Spanish. .
